Supplements:
- Surcharge per dinner is 30.00 BGN for adult, 16.00 BGN for children 4 - 12 years old, for children 0 - 3 years old - free. !!Not in sale at the moment!
- Accommodation of one child up to 3 years, using an extra bed in the parents' room is free of charge. Baby cot rent is 8.00 BGN per day.
- Accommodation of one child between 4 and 12 years old, using an extra bed in the parents' room, from 01/04/2023 till 08/06/2023 and from 16.09.23 is 20.00 BGN. Accommodation for 2 children 0 - 12 years old in the parent’s room is available only in a De-luxe room. An extra charge is required - package price - 30.00 BGN per day.

Accommodation for 2 children 0 - 12 years old in the parent’s room is available only
in a room De-luxe. An extra charge is required - package price - 50.00 BGN per day.
- Children up to 12 years, using a regular bed in a double room have a 25% discount of regular bed fees. It is not valid for the high season.
- Accommodation for 1 adult + 1 child 0-12 years on regular bed and 1 child 0-12 years on extra bed will be charged 2 regular beds.
- Adult /13-99 years old/ using an extra bed will be charged per day, 40.00 BGN from 01/04/2023 till 08/06/2023 and 60.00 BGN from 09/06/2023 till 15/09/2023.
- Two guests in a Single room will be charged on a double room rate basis.
- Accommodation for a third guest in a Studio will be charged as an extra bed depending on the age of the person and the period.
- The price for a Suite is a rental payment for the whole premises up to 4 guests.
- Tourist tax, insurance and access to the fitness and swimming pool, parasol and sunbed are included in the price.
- All prices are in BGN, VAT incl. Prices are not concerned for national holiays. Special prices are formed for them.
- Minimum stay in a high season - 5 nights
- Prices can alter and are confirmed at the time of booking. It is not valid for confirmed and prepaid reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Supplements:
- Reservations are accepted, specified and confirmed only written on the client's e-mail.
- Reservations made by phone and not guaranteed with deposit are accepted only on the check-in date.
- To confirm a reservation, 40% deposit of the total amount is requested.
- The amount of the deposit must not be less than the value for the first 2 nights for reservations in the period from June 10 until September 15 and not less than the value for the first night for reservations in the period from September 15 until June 09.
- The payment of the deposit could be done cash, by bank /the taxes are paid by the customer/ or with a credit/debit card. When paying, guests receive a confirmation document from the hotel.
- The surcharge of the basic survices is done at reception during accommodation.
- Additional payment by bank transfer is possible only with prior confirmation by the authorized representative of the hotel and accompanying signed a contract for such cases.
Cancellations and penalties:
For reservations with dates of accommodation in the period 10 June to 15 September:
Cancellations of group reservations are treated in accordance with accepted offer and contract.
- Cancellations up to 20 calendar days prior to arrival penalties are not required. Paid are only bank charges.
- In all other cases will be charged 50% of the deposit, but not less than the first two nights.
- When shortening the stay for accommodated reservations, amounts are not recovered.
- Cancellations up to 3 days before arrival penalty are not charged.
- In all other cases will be charged the amount of the value of the first night.
Cancellations of group reservations are treated in accordance with accepted offer and contract.
